Yeah, I just know I’d be able to do a 10 speed or auto with my eyes closed. Throwing a 13 speed I’m just a deer in head lights. I’m sure I’ll be fine. As the recruiter says. They’re actually just testing us to see if we are reachable. So not too worried.

One thing I do like is that you don’t have to clutch for the high low switch. It seems to be based solely on the accelerator

ill ask him tomorrow. he usually drops the trailer off but im not sure if he parks the truck at his house or at kenworth.
-
thats one of the best transmissions other than the dt12 personally. its just nice to have the split gears on the mountains.Ultratowel and mitrucker Thank this.
-
13 spd has always been my favorite transmission to drive followed by the 12spd Mack mDrive auto.
-
im looking at a mack with that tranny. i cant find much info about it or find people who drive it to get insite on it
-
A 13 spd is simple. Just an 8 speed with extra half gears on the high side. Nothing to get worked up about
-
Drove one in a daycab for over a year. Loved it.
-
You hear anything by chance?
-
He says he parks the truck at his house usually but parks at the kenworth dealer if he has a trailer.
