Here we go again. First and foremost what am I suppose to be "acting like?"

The whole idea of a FORUM is to post commenting or relaying any topic substances.

Who's name calling? Are you stating that I myself am name calling?

Secondly I did not go digging up old threads. In a google search I performed the initial thread popped up in the results. I was interested in what the topic and comments left behind were about. And since I do indeed work for CFI as a DRIVER I decided to leave my comment on how I perceived the individual who stated the situation mentioned. I was not defending as you put it the said company, CFI. If I'm defending anything, it's how to be a professional driver and manage yourself better.

If there were or are parameters that need to be followed when replying to ones post, then those parameters should be stated as such:

Ah no profanity.
Ah no name calling.
Ah no giving your POV on the topic.
Ah no you cant leave a post to a thread that makes you sound like something you're not.

As idiotic as that list sounds, I too feel all of the "prove you're a driver" and "where is the concrete evidence that you know about pay scales" are just as idiotic to post about. Maybe I should just dumb down my posts so that I would just "blend in."

Get over yourselves.

Now, did you read any name calling in my latest post? No. But if you're referring to me mentioning "you're probably the type to wear..." then hey all I can say is, stop being so sensitive.

We can now assume that CFI pays less than $.40/mile, typical of bottom feeders.

I think that Conway thought by changing their truck load division back to CFI, it would create some false nostalgia that the company is back to the good old days from 15 to 20 years ago.

Seeing as how they clearly have recruiters on here doing damage control, that is obviously not the case.

Well for the guys who want the pay info here ya go. I ain’t shy about it.
.29cpm training then .35cpm then like 60K to .37cpm 90K is .39cpm 1 full year is supposedly .41cpm but I ain’t seen it yet.

For a starter company I doubt you’ll find better, heck ya might even wanna stay here. I don’t and that’s okay.
