just a tad nippy up here in ND but the roads I have been on are dry a bit of drifting here and there nothing major

yeah we have one of those "real truckers" that works with us, won't chain, don't want to learn. He drives a day cab, gets a lot of extra days off in the winter, he whines a lot. Of course he's also hoping for one of the new day cabs we have sitting in the yard, it comes fully equipped with a chain hanger and four singles, boss gave him a choice, learn to chain or stay in your current 14 yr old day cab with a marginal heater and marginal a/c until your ready to retire in 5 years.
