CHAINING...are you ready?

all melted off my driveway and sidewalk, street out front should be melted by Tuesday

 

If I wait, it will be about a week. We have more deep cold coming in and snow.

Going to get a load to Texas and it will be cold where I am going and snow for me enroute back through Arkansas on Tuesday.

Actually, I've spent quite a bit of time in Barstow over the past thirty or so years. Going back before the truck stops were at Lenwood. I watched them build the first part of the outlet center there.

Most everyone that I have dealt with in Barstow have been pleasant. Maybe they are trying to improve the "grody factor?"

 

well the room at the Days Inn was redeemed on points
so i am not over with the riff raff
and better then Fontana or Ontario

 

Maybe,it really warms up by Tuesday if you believe the weatherman anyway.

 

I have a chain on my wallet, incase I drop it between pallets when I am tarping a load. Have a chain on my Harley. Got chains on my headache rack. Got a bag of tire chains in the side box. They live there. If it gets that bad, you will have to wait. Way it is.

 

Can't get there if you don't chain!

 

I threw iron twice this week and I'm basically a local driver ,mainly just Western Oregon and Washington with a once in a blue moon run East of the Cascades.

 

Ha ha.....
What's that old saying?.......you can't get there from here.
