If Cali keeps burning like it has been/is.....we'll need chains to get through the ash!

I see the fire up by Jackson really took off. and the Lake county fire has exploded. But the good news is it's raining up here west of Redding. Has been all day

The local guys get to play in the snow too.

One day last winter it took me 3 1/2 hours to get back to the terminal from Georgetown, DE.

Talked to my dispatcher around 1400...said it had been raining fairly steady since 0900 in Fresno.

Now to get the middle ground.....

Lets NOT try to give DOT any more ideas ......... OK ?

    :D

And if such a beast was a reality .... an 'ash chain' that is .... what would it look like ? A mini skidder 'ring chain' ? Hhhhmmmmm.

AND if you didn't put on yer 'ash chains' on when the sign was lit up, and you spun out in a cloud of gray glory, and screwed traffic up for the day, would that make you an 'ash hole' ?

Big Don, striker, Hammer166 and 2 others Thank this.
