For the trailer...I use forward axle only. For the simple reason of mud flap loss if one breaks....tractor mud flap under a trailer is no issue, however, loss of mud flap on trailer is technically an OOS unless you carry a spare...which we don't.

I do, only because I carry everything I can as to not have to hit a shop. I have a collection of lights, wiper blades, fluids, mudflaps, etc and a small toolset to do simple fixes. It just makes my life easier that way.

That was my understanding too, but the chain control ####### on i80 turned me back saying it had to be staggered (pissed me off because the front axle chain rubs my trailer skirt).

    joseph1135 and otherhalftw Thank this.

Lol. I couldn't listen to that. Besides, everything that I can do is one less thing on the PSP report. It's clean, but I want to keep it that way. When I go for a new job, whenever I do, it's like having gold.

double yellow and otherhalftw Thank this.
