84 in Oregon is CLOSED from Le Grande to Baker city. Chains from Pendleton to Le Grande (80 plus miles). Crashes all over the place

Chain controls went up on I-80 about 0730 Baxter to Truckee....by 0930 chains Gold Run to 6 miles east of Truckee
US 50...Kyburz to Myers....haven't heard about the NV side. -
