    I concur

as I ponder back to my teenage years, yep, she was 17, and her mother referred to me as trouble

actually, she was 12 but looked 17, thankfully the cops was feeling nice and told me she was 12, thankfully I never laid a hand, tongue, tooth, saliva, or anything else on her.

according to past comments, I doubt your that purty

Chain law was up on Loveland last week at least once, believe it might also have been up on Vail as well.

Beautiful drives, all. But not exactly "truck routes.":biggrin_2559:

Years ago, (geez, I hate to think HOW many years ago,) I drove part time for Grey Line Bus Tours out of Denver. We had a new dispatcher, AND a new driver. (Bad combination.) Anyway, the new driver ended up at the parking lot on Mt. Evans with a full size bus. He had to wait for hours, until the parking lot cleared out enough that he could turn the bus around.
Whole bunch of unhappy people there, not the least of which was the dispatcher who lost her job over it.

PALISADE, CO -- A rock slide forced the closure of Interstate 70 in both directions in western Colorado, but no injuries were reported.

The highway re-opened around 3 p.m. this afternoon.
The Colorado Department of Transportation[IMG] says a boulder up to 10 feet across tumbled onto eastbound lanes east of Palisade Wednesday. Smaller rocks fell on westbound lanes.
A contractor plans to break up the boulder with explosives and haul it away. Workers are also dislodging other loose rock on a cliff above the highway.
The slide is 225 miles west of Denver and 18 miles east of Grand Junction.

Another slide closed one lane of Colorado 82 between Aspen and Independence Pass but caused no injuries. http://www.kktv.com/home/headlines/Rock-Slide-Blocks-I-70-In-W-Colorado-No-Injuries-209350771.html

The more I see of this thread, the happier it makes me that I live where I do!:yes2557: Snow is fine. Snow is GREAT. But it needs to know when it is time to pack it in for the summer. . .
