    on my 30 min break

    stop by an OC and grab the newest 2015/2016 winter driving handout. Section in there related to chains and locations of banks etc.....

    Now I assume this is a compnay driver handout but the info should still be the same. Basically issued at an OC for westward travel, keep while in western 11, 15 days from exit to return to a chain bank to funnel back into the system.
