If you are talking about the mounts on each side of the rear structure of a serie 60 I’m pretty sure the transmission needs to come out.
I don’t think you can jack the rear of the engine high enough to get the mounts in and out of the pockets.
The front mount can be done by jacking and leaving the transmission in place. -
You can but i promise you, you will have wished you dropped the tranny to begin with. I did it on my columbia and holy hell what a pia. Sad thing is i had just done a clutch job 6 months prior. I learned my lesson, anytime the transmission is out rear engine mounts are being changed.Last edited: Mar 18, 2018

I had done my Columbia with the transmission out and I had to jack that thing to the moon to get them down in there.
I couldn’t imagine having to do it with the trans in there.
