Almost 2 1/2 years. Once a month dump a jug of diesel kleen,then next tank is oil. I wouldn't do it every week unless your running a old B model or big cam,those things will run on anything.

I've tried all of them,diesel kleen is the only one I can tell any difference in how the truck runs. It says it has a lube in it,but to me it seems like it drys things out,one of the reasons for running the oil.

I just love seeing truckers trying to change oil in truckstops. Worse than ones who leave piss bottles.
