I think a great idea would be to encourage drivers to try and procure their own small contracts, and they'd have first dibs on the freight. If it happens to include more than a daily run, then of course the carrier can put other trucks on it. And if the driver leaves under his own authority, then he can have the option to take his customer with him, if they are willing to resign under the driver's new authority, etc.

I have to admit that when a business grows that large so quickly, and I'm not sure about the details of this new "merger", there are a lot of potential issues that come with that. I hope everything goes smoothly during this huge transition. Logistics can be a nightmare, and this will be no different, I'm sure. Hopefully by mid April the company will find its groove, and things start to fall into place. I hope to be able to come on board by then. I'm still waiting to see some more statistics by then before I make my decision to buy a truck.

    Congrats again.

Great to hear that business is booming Bill. If team freight will be part of your working model then I would be interested in speaking with you when we get back home!

Congrats to you Bill and Lauren. No longer than I have been on with ya'll, Ronda and I are still amazed with the honesty and dedication that you both possess. I see great things coming in the future with this merger. Again I want to thank you for the opportunity that you have given us. Oh yea, I'll take some that $10.00 pm flat loads as much as possible...lol
