    This is a dot rule. I started the thread a while back when it was SNI only and they were probably doing research to see how many drivers violated the rules...

    The dot maybe beat them to the punch on enforcing it.

    DOT forced omni tracks to make the change, so it affects any company that uses omni tracks.
