I don't think that changes have happened yet. The QC would need to "upgrade" first.

Per my dBm Schneider is doing this based of a court ruling that nailed a company (not sni) to the wall for not using elogs(or some other "safety" tech) when that company was large enough to easily afford it. The argument being if it was available and could have prevented the crash why wasn't being used?

Before the poop flinging starts let me state that is not my argument, but the American Jury System at its finest.

...sounds like some lawyer made his next yacht payment on time.

Yeesh. If enforcement is based on affordability... Kinda like saying only poor folks can steal because the rich can afford it.

Anyone up for stealing a Lambroghini Veneno? Cause I sure as hell cant afford it...

My QC started acting funky this morning (the wireless signal light was flashing really fast.) so I assumed that was the update being sent. No reboot though or any indication of anything changing.

Thankfully they haven't tried that BS in a couple months now, I think they gave up and realized I don't play that game.
    Yay go me [IMG]
    lol

Anyways they pay ZERO up to 49 miles.
I'm not going to go out of route to give a different customer an empty because they need it more than the one I booked and am going to.

There was this one time I was bobtailing to pick up a relay load and Schneider tried to get me to go out of route to get an empty to go out of route more to bring it to another customer to drop and then go bobtail to a drop lot to get my relay. When I was 2 miles away between my last customer and my relay at a drop lot.. think I played those games?
    lmao that ain't happening buddy!

Well they expect "Schneider Pride" is good enough reason.

That's why I said a lawyer for his yacht payment. And the little analogy after...

Talk about running scared... SNI has their tail between their legs and I guess wants all others to do the same as long as we are under their proverbial wing.

It's ONLY to MICROMANAGE us. Period
