    Are these new parameters for IC's along with company drivers or just company drivers?? Because, I'm sorry but if I have to get something repaired on my truck during my break or after my 14 is up, in order to deliver on time, my truck is moving. And no, I'm not pushing it into the bay.

    As far as I know it's all of schneider. However, I have no confirmation of that.

    The QC message stated that it's an, "All around change for Schneider." We've got o/o, i/c and company on the jcpenney dedicated account.

    Folks, it isn't in the rule book for the FMCSA. I'm not telling anyone to violate the rules, but it's your truck. If we are the captains of our ship, guess what? That ship sails full mast when we say, half mast when we say, and whatever other sailing terms you all can think of for the proverbial ship.

    True... Heh.

    Though I might have fun with it... Schneider probably governs their torpedos too! :D

    ...I have heard...rumors...about ways to get around the QC and their little kill switch. Even if the rumors of it are true they can easily file a report stating you stole the truck.

    If they report me stealing a truck that I'm current on the payments on then my Lawyer will have a field day with that.

    If we as L/O or O/O don't stand up they'll walk all over us like they do company drivers.

    For all those who are just willing to tow the line. Why did you not stay a company hand?
