I would like to see all the 9 series trailers run off a cliff and burned in a raging fire. Also, not having to wait 20 minutes to talk to an ICR.

Longevity pay would be nice. After 2 years with SNI , you should get a 2% raise each year, and cap out at 80%.

 

Schneider all about a trailer pool for their customers and lots of drop and hook.
Having your own trailer would severely limit yourself here.
How many loads here are both live load and live unload? not a lot

It's just not that kind of operation here...
Landstar would be more suiting in that game and a foot in the direction of gaining experience to be own your own one day.

there's plenty of all loads in generally but you can't say that wouldn't be limiting based on the pool that's out there
