The hardest part of O/O to plan for, IMHO, is the back office that Schneider does. The time it takes to deal with it all, not to mention the money. I think it would make it real hard to do what we do now, plus the back office stuff. Unless your Sadwar staying home 4 days a week, lol.

Well, if your and O/O your going to get closer to 90% instead of 65%. So your not going to have to run as much to make more money.
Just remember, as first sight, the administrative end looks daunting. Once you get used to it, it's redundant and easy. Well worth it for certain people.
Just keep in mind you'll need a trailer, and it's all live. Hey, time to keep up with the paperwork.

IMO... The choice works great for someone with a low to no truck payment. I couldn't imagine having a big truck payment and running choice. The rates are not there.. Just my 02

I never found chasing my money around to be easy, but YMMV.

I would like to see a better fuel discount at other than just Pilot.
The detention is worthless and not up to current industry standards.
All in all, I think it is better than a lot of other places.
I like the way they leave me alone for the most part.

Schneider is saying the average load hauled by choice drivers pays $1.67/mile to the truck. If that is true, most truck payments aren't going to be the issue. A good business model at those rates will allow you to make a good living.

Maybe true last year, not buying it for this year.

That's loaded miles.. Not actual miles. Subtract 20% from that 1.67
