Charge air cooler

I have a 1 year old charge air cooler and a bolt rubbed a dime size hole in it. Can I use jb weld or something like it to fix it?

jb weld won't hold on the tank's it didn't for me anyways took it to a radiator shop and they welded it up and checked for leaks for like $75 bucks
