CHEAP FREIGHT WOW

Seems to be a race to the bottom on flatbed rates that started last August.
I'm at home and just got offered a flatbed load going from souix city ia to Houston TX for 1900 that they wanted jet service on ......still watching TV , pizza on the way .

 

I ain't mad at cha. Truckers do need to learn what it really cost to operate. But I would feel a little bad about making 1900 bucks off of some poor dumb ####### and not come on here to brag about it. Hope they don't eff you over on it

 

What he is saying is that you should have got 7500 instead of 5500

 

Must be nice to have luxury to hang out lol. Your truck must be paid off

 

Brokers don't dictate rates with big customers. Take it or leave it

 

The rate your customer paid is really low. I'm sure your customer loves you just as much as you love the trucks who put $1,900 in your bank every time they book it.

 

I wasn't bragging as I mentioned in past I am in process of getting my stuff together and opening a trucking company. I never once have bragged in my life about anything I just stated the number I made considering how shocked I was

Well these are the guys you are going to be competing with.

 

I don't really care about the customer they r one of many. Going rate out of la market to Florida is arpund 5800 for shippers.

I use market data not what individual drivers get who claim they only run for 8 bucks a mile.
