Checking tire pressure - how do you do it?

    All our trucks and trailers have the air bat system. If tire pressure is under 85 psi a light flashes on tire and also on monitor in the truck. Has saved many tires.
    No need to thump tires.

    Well,I can "eyeball my steers" and just tell if they look slightly bulged on the bottom (low under 90psi). But,like others said the glade hand air hose can be a lifesaver.Even use it when you return to base and your private car has a dreaded flat tire!

    Same here... do you haul in and out of Shelly in Toledo? Lima, Newark, etc?!? Love it man. Hate Auglaize county tho!~ 6122 and 3257 mostly.

    ps: I still thump 'em. . . . just what n how I was raised to do, LoL.

    I agree with the use the Love's tire lane is the best way. My father always told me that if you want something done right, hire it done.
