The normal temperate will depend on what kind of tires you have. That information is based on the chemical make up of the tire and is less important to truckers then it is to racing types. Tires soften and grip the track as they warm up.
What is important to us truckers is if you walk around the truck and take temperatures of your hubs and one is way higher then the others. That is the problem. Something out of the ordinary will indicate a problem.
