    I did 3 loads with R&M and I quit immediately. I knew right away they were giving best loads to their company drivers and the cheap crap to the owner operators. In addition it was way too convenient for them to back pocket money that they felt isn't yours from the loads your making. Out of curiosity, which intermodal companies in Chicago best to work for? Whats the average gross pay for a weeks worth of work?

    Kiswani company guys usually make out very well, also I would try a tanker outfit or maybe Michaels Cartage......
