Friend of mine here is from East Tennessee. His wife is from Japan. Saw them in their yard and stopped to chat. My son started talking to my friends wife in Japanese. I was surprised and asked him, "How did you learn Japanese? I didn't know you can speak that.". My friends wife said, "He's very fluent and I like talking to him. He speaks Japanese and our 3 sons can't speak any of it."
When he was born in Tennessee, I named him Hailong which means SeaDragon.

 

Yeah, China is loaded with gay bars. Google any city for that.
Gays aren't discriminated against in China, but they're not allowed to hang around schools and day care centers trying to groom children. If they try that, a long prison term awaits them.
Look at private schools and Christian schools and do some research. Most of them aren't into Wokeness.
Some gays in China get married via Zoom call routed through the state of Utah. It's legal also. The marriage license shows they were married in Utah, USA.

 

I have a friend in Germany. We met in an International Guitar Player On Live Group back in days before the WWW. Anyways, he is married to a Chinese Lady. She did not speak any German at the time and he spoke zero Mandarin. But, they both spoke some English and that is what they speak at home. Now some 30 years later, they are very fluent in English and have some knowledge of each others language. They find that now it is easier to speak English. They have no children.

Went to my sons former elementary school in Bejing the other day. Only people around at the time were the principle and the art teacher. The art teacher had a showing last month in NYC. He has almost a whole floor of one building just for art studies. He gave me a painting of his that's worth a few thousand USD. Cool guy; chain smoker, kept me and the wife supplied with fresh made hot tea from his antiquated tea equipment.
The table where we sat in the art room was huge and made from a large tree root. Table was one piece and large enough for 5 of us to sit around plus the tea equipment.2 or 3 more people could have fit at the table.

 

Your daughter is young, so her mind is like a sponge for learning and absorbing information. Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada are communities rich in various ethnicities and cultures.
There's international high schools here and they're free to attend.
Your wife and daughter would like it here. There's about 40,000 Vietnamese living here, plus many Asian markets for groceries and foods for all Asians from countries all over the world. The weather is great year round also. Forget the winter clothing, you won't need it.
There's well over a dozen Buddhist Temples here also.

 

I don't gamble, except lottery tickets on rare occasion.
First time I flew into Las Vegas I put a dollar into a one-armed bandit at the airport. First and last time I wasted a dollar in Las Vegas.
I'm in Henderson now and it's a great place to raise a family. Step out onto the patio and a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip and the Executive Airport. Lots, miles of walking trails (concrete), parks, weekends at the family movies in a couple of the parks which are free with free snacks.
Edit: the movies at the park are free; bring a lawn chair or blanket. Free soft drinks, pizza, popcorn. This is set up for family entertainment.
