I had a good arrangement with her, but her state decided to change things on their own.
Colorado.
I now pay nearly twice as much.
It doesn't really hurt me that much, but I have less to give her when she is in need.
The state agency can decide to re-evaluate the arrangement at any time, and there is nothing you can really do about that.

It's different in every state. Depends on the court ordered "agreement" in most states. It's called an "agreement" even though neither side actually agreed to it in most cases. The parent with custody always wants more, and the parent paying wants it to be less.

Needless to say she was in for a big disappointment since the kids live with me full time now.
The funny thing is her boyfriend had just gotten married 2 months before he hooked up with my ex and when his wife found out he was cheating on her he ended up losing his kids.x1Heavy, cnsper, Maj. Jackhole and 2 others Thank this.
