Thankfully I haven't been on either end and I hope to keep it that way. Reading some of the horror stories here I can understand why many women end up being part of a Dateline special. Haha

I owe child support and it's because I refuse to pay. I have my kids 4 days out of the week and because my ex is a lazy pos welfare recipient and had 2 more kids im forced to pay child support. All child support is a way to make money off people' bad situation.MidwestResident Thanks this.

She should be paying you if you have them the majority of the time.MidwestResident Thanks this.

LOL, Yea right! Im a male. Courts always side with the female. Plus the money don't even go to my kids it goes to Social services. The whole system is designed to make money off people's personal problems. I want to say to them stop giving her assistance and tell her to get a job. These woman go out have more children just so they get more assistance and they get it. Big problem in this country!bottomdumpin, MidwestResident, Midnightrider909 and 1 other person Thank this.

Well i am a woman and you are a douche. I dont understand how our lawmakers think that suspending someone liscence is going to get child support paid or caught up. Life isnt easy for everyone and people do have financial crisis that are beyond their control. Taking someone liscence only makes it harder for a man to get a job and pay chiild support. That is as dumb as locking them up for it. Especially if the woman is doing nothing but getting free rent from our government, food stamps and medical. They made those babies too and should be required to have a job. Men do get the short end. Woman get to see there kids everyday and call all the shots. These laws need to be changed.

I had the issue some years back when I came on to this mom and pop company. I found out just in time that my license was about to be suspended...it's always good to stay in constant contact with them. It took me two months to find work after I was fired. I called them and let them know I was fired. The only reason they almost suspended my license is because my son's mom kept calling checking for payment, even though she knew I was out of work. I told them my situation and they stopped the suspension from happening. Once I got hired, they ate me alive for two months. I would try a mom and pop company for a little while first. If they won't do that, I'd work as regular job, catch it up, then get back out here. How much do you owe?

Obviously the suspension is a stake in your heart as it were and Trucking Companies WILL NOT TOUCH you with a 100 foot pole if there is even a whiff of suspension or revoke against a CDL.
For those who dont already know, the State reserves the absolute right to suspend or revoke any professional licenses held by anyone who falls default in Child Support.
If you cannot get current on Child Support or somehow have it retired as paid because the minor child is now a Adult etc. You probably can count on that CDL being no good to you at all. It will stay suspended. -
Um gee... thank you for your point of view. 2nd post on a trucking forum responding to and digging up an old buried post.
Perhaps if you could offer some viable advise or a thoughtful solution besides calling someone a douche and not explaining why or at least a follow up rebuttal.
I guess return to your trolling.
