I have a feeling that this was one of the CDs they were playing at Guantanamo.

    Solutions:

    !. Strengthen labor-protection laws.

    2. Strengthen them some more.

    3. Do this not only when it comes to foreign corporations, but also to our fine "All-American" corporations who feel that any wage, or and any kind of benefits are too much to pay for our hard work.

Don't laugh, CNRL tried that at their Horizon oilsands mine in Fort MacKay a couple years back. They caught major #### over it too.

here's my question, do you think they will do much with it or just hold onto it till oil goes back up then sell it all for a profit. it's not like they can drill it put it on a boat and ship it strait to china, can't export that stuff...yet.

and while they may control the oil/gas there, they aren't gonna be able to control it in ND, other parts of Texas, Ohio, etc.. dunno. ought to be interesting.

Why wouldn't they buy. If they can, makes me sick though. If want to sell stuff their country we have to build some parts of it there. Example air planes. Then they steal our technology. Those oil companies are going to be cash strapped for the next couple of years according to the WSJ, so the commies can by them. Also they drill in the gulf, where we put a ban on gulf drilling. How arrogant of us.

Commie capitalism with only our ###### in government to stop them.

They would have a hard time getting approval for work visas if there was an ample labor pool available.

We didn't pay $1,300,000,000 for it -- it isn't our oil. And under current law they can't export it.

The USA government is only concerned about silly things like China building light houses on reefs. China is the last country on this planet that wants shipping navigation impeded in the South China Sea; how else would they ship all that stuff to Walmart in the USA. China wants freedom of navigation more than any other country. The USA huffing & puffing is just smoke & mirrors for the weapons manufacturers because that's all it's really about......money in the billions.

It's a runway and or a light house. China is claiming that as their waters. I think there a two China's (more than two). The military and the business side may not see eye to eye.
