I use a chiropractor all the time. I'm a side sleeper.
I will sometimes get over-tired and fall out in a position
where my top shoulder is forward of the other.
This puts a twist on the base of my neck.
I go and get adjusted and feel human again.
Don't know how people can walk around all twisted up.

My company uses a local chiropractor and she doesn't push the sleep study BS or do other things to make a drivers life difficult. They check your B/P and if it's high they have a recliner they have you relax in for a while then take it again. This helps for those of us with the "White Coat Syndrome". When the doc comes in she reads your forms, asks questions if needed and if you pass, you pass. No crap, no agenda.

    OldeSkool Thanks this.

I had the doc tell me my neck was too big,
I said, dude, I'm 6'1" and 260. How big should it be?
That goes to the sleep apnea thing.
Dont have it, no problem sleeping.
