    Google Prolam wood flooring. Proprietary Waxin and PuR underfloor coatings. Waxin is the slippery "sealant" on the wood floor near the doors. Makes it water resistant but very slippery. Even with that Waxin coating Prolam does not ever recommend washing out the wood floors in a dry van trailer.
