Just go to the nighbors baccer barn get a couple leaves of burley , knock your socks off lol . Sadly no more , govt will pay ya not to grow it while they import substandard from brazil .

I remember Schneider did cigarette loads and they would have an armed guard following the truck. You have to think how many cigarette packs you could fit in a dry van times how many dollars per pack and it adds up to a pretty high dollar load.

 

Way back when I was a 3-pack a day smoker, I stocked up on Indian reservations; mainly in New York. No taxes, at least back then, on Indian reservations.

 

I can get Marlboro’s for $8.00 carton from Peru but they taste terrible! They must use locally grown tobacco and it’s not even close to what they use here.
Same with Red Stripe beer. It’s now brewed in the US and tastes terrible. Used to be all I drank for years but I guess they found a bunch of cocaine in one of the shipments from Jamaica and that was the end of that.

 

Was up in DC while visiting family in Northern Va, and we stopped at the Wawa in DC for a drink and a snack, I ask out of curiosity, and it was basically 14 bucks or so a pack after taxes. I was glad I bought a carton before leaving home for 53.

Side note...Only Wawa I've ever been to without gas pumps! My sub was awesome though.

I'm so glad I don't live there anymore.
