Can you give us more details? How long ago were these loads? Have you called and talked to them? What did they tell you. I once had a broker not pay me for 60 days, I called them up and it was a mistake in their software that showed paid when it actually wasn't.

 

The most important question here is...where are the pics??

 

I can assure you that we do not intentionally stiff drivers or carriers and we are not going out of business. In fact, we have doubled our revenue and fleet since I've been here. That would not be happening if your scenario was the norm. I would love to know the name of your company so that I could find out the real story and see what really happened here, there are always 2 sides to every story and unfortunately the other side rarely gets told on these forums.

They paid me as promised.
About a month ago I did a load for them, and only after completing it, I stumbled on this thread, which made me a little ...patiently awaiting. The check arrived in the mail today. 33 days. That's fair.
I guess for some people it takes not very much to smear someones name. That is to say that not all the DAT reviews and some stories here are very substantiated.
There is another "Circle" ... but they have 8 in their name. Circle8 logistics. Them, I don't know at all but I see them more often on DAT than "Circle"
