I don't know specifics just that it’s on the exhaust. Oh and 3610 just came back on today so $25,000 into it so far and still not solved. In the meantime my 2017 with 500,000 just threw a 4364 code which is also emissions. Whelp, done with freightliner....throw away trucks anymore.
I had the same codes, I tested the sensor plug for 5 volts and got nothing. I then followed the wire harness back to the aftertreatment harness plug, still no voltage. I then peeled the harness from it casing and found 2 wires broken near the rear of the the transmission. I repaired and all codes cleared.
Well we checked it out of the shop today....The list of what we replaced is obnoxiously long but it came out to $30k+ chasing this code. The code came back yesterday and my driver noticed it was almost the same exact time as when the def level dropped from full to 3/4 tank. So I had him top it back off....sure enough....couple key turns later the code cleared. Took it to shop yesterday and they called me today to tell me it was a bad def pressure sensor and a loose fitting def cap...all of this...months of troubleshooting and thousands spent because of a bad sensor and a worn out def tank cap. 3610 fmi 2 is a joke, the diagnostics list for the mechanics is inadequate and a complete joke.
3610 and 3251codes for low or no voltage to sensors, I found broken wire inside the harness just off the back corner top of the transmission. Repaired and all codes cleared. See the pics I posted for more detail.
