Let's see, A new poster (or another current member in a new persona) makes a comment using the word rigged and tossing out the name of a town with a long history of being crooked. When I saw that towns name used I stopped reading. In the state of Georgia, ALL traffic control devices like red lights are REGULATED by the GDOT. Most of the time a local government can put one up, however until the GDOT approves it's use the lights must either be off or flashing. I AM FROM Georgia I know many Cops and local city and county commissioners. Every one of them has told me this. If you got a running a light charge in Ludowici Georgia I suspect you earned it!
