    How many of you lost your loads after filing a claim on a shipper or receiver?

    I just want to know how it pays back after you go after the party causing the damage to your equipment.

    Hi all,

    I just want to update you on my claim. GREAT WEST is the best so it seems. I never wanted a claim on my record, but I had no choice. Or I would be adding too much to it on my own during difficult times such as these.

    Great West is working fast and keeps you updated through the process. Probably they will send a check this week for the physical damage to my reefer. Then they will send another check for loss of profit.
    I hope they will go after the other insurance carrier and get ALL their money back if not more.

    Good deal. This is what your insurance company is for to help fight the other players. No reason to be scared to use them as we pay a high price to be taken care of. Glad they are doing you right and they will get that money back from the other company insurance.

    We have one customer who has a place in the middle of BFE that damages the trailers all the time. We just turn in pictures and the repair bill and they cut a check.
