Clarification on swerving

    And that is the rub. Many of these questions are a lot of "..well, if the lane is clear and I can do so safely I will move over...". Unfortunately these questions only have one correct answer. They really should audit these questions better. I've seen many like that.

    The book I believe says go to the right as for me I will never swerve no matter what I will plow right through it my life is more important to me then anyone or anything else

    So, incoming or oncoming?
    And what were the rest of the answers to choose from?

    Because incoming could mean from the side from a different lane, while oncoming could mean from the opposing side - meaning a head on collision possibility.

    And what were the other choices to choose from?

    In any case, I would probably choose a path to (hopefully) safely avoid the other vehicle while keeping mine safely on the road.
