I’m having the same problem. I got my class B with school bus and passenger endorsement in 1998. In 2012 I moved to Colorado and have had NO restrictions on my license. In 2015 I upgraded to a class A, never had any restrictions until the last time I got my license (2019). Now I have a M restrictions on it. I’m trying to do trucking and I need this gone. Any ideas?????

Unless you are planning on operating an articulated bus (rare to not existence in the states) , you don't need to worry about it.
All it means is if you can drive any Class A vehicle you want, as long as it's not a bus. If it's a bus you can only drive it if it's a class B bus, of which covers 99.99% of buses out there.
