    I received a letter today stating there is a class action suit against Boyd for anyone who was hired or applied June 7, 2008 to November 20, 2013.
    'Plaintiff alleges Boyd Bros. didn't comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act in the manner in which it obtained and or relied upon or used the consumer reports of certain job applicants.'

    You have until August 16, 2014 to submit.

    Each driver is entitled to $240.00

    I'm no longer a Boyd employee, but I just wanted to pass this along.

    Appears "on-line filing" had expired Aug. 16th.----too bad you threw out the letter and never went any further. Don't seem like too big a hassle to fill in a couple blanks for a $240.00 check.

    Check your Indiana state "lost money" website just for the heck of it.

    Im not sure, but I think if they claim they dont have your proper address, they can eventually get the money back if you dont claim it. Long shot but who knows.
