...you just don't want to get caught on it in a bad storm.da1 Thanks this. -
Highway101 suggested taking US30 between Laramie and Rawlins (technically Walcott Jnct) to avoid the wind on i80. (basically an I80 elk mountain bypass)
US 30 in this section is sometimes open when blowing snow or high wind restricts the elk mountain section of I80.
Just to be clear to someone not in the know, some of you guys are talking about 2 different sections of US30 that are over 150 miles apart.
I80 is US30 between Walcott and Little America. -
Yeah, I know. If its cruddy on I80 near Elk Mtn, US30 won't be much different.

Driving i80 Wednesday was not too bad. Steady winds with no real gusts made it manageable. Where the wind died down, packed snow slowed us down, but there were people I passed in.clear areas, as they were doing 25 & I got tired of being passed by everyone and felt comfortable doing 45 myself. Drove influx SLC and now know how to get to the terminal.
Driving from Reno to I5 on the back roads(395/44/89) was good experience for curve judgment and descending curvy mountains. Like U2 said, probably crap the shorts in snow/ice. California in the 6th hole and they checked.at the.checkpoint on 395. Thank safety for the email last week had me taking curves well below the posted speeds. More comfortable pulling off the roads on pull offs.
TnT almost complete. -

Don't look now, but I think the police are at your door with a K9.
Seriously, I replied to your question in the thread you created about it. I suggest patience. You won't get 100 answers within 5 minutes of posting a question, no matter how many places you put it. Be patient and people will respond to your thread. -
If there is a concern about the type of DRUG TEST i.e.: pee, blood or hair then a person should stay home and not waste their time. The time would be better spent working on other issues (like usage) at the time, and try at a later date when there is no concern about passing a drug test.
The first thing they tell everyone at Prime is if you are worried about the test that you should get up and say Prime is not for me and leave no questions asked. If you stay and leave after you get on line for the test it goes on your record as a refusal. If you fail the test it also goes on your record. Anything like this on your record will make it imposable to get hired by any of the companies.
Failure of the test will only get you a ride to the curb not home.
