Well either there is something you are not telling us. Or you really did something to have them put those accidents on your record. I do know it happens, but in the days of sue happy truckers. I would think they would be more careful about putting down false information. Are you sure you didn't get stuck somewhere and have to be towed out. Or if you had some incident while training. A bent rim or something. If not you are facing a super steep hill to climb. Most of the super bottom feeders won't hire you if you are showing 3 accidents. Might want to go to the company you know will hire you and try to keep a clean record for the next 3 or 4 years. Companies are just superstitious about hiring people who have had recent accidents or have not been hired by a company since having those accidents..

 

So when you say the tandems screwed up. Did you lock the pin? Or did you forget to lock the Pin, and then you go to stop and the tandems slam into the back of the ICC device. If that was the case it was preventable.
