I meant to say someone would have contacted me. Them sending a link to my mvr without any further communication pretty much says it all. I do wonder had I disclosed it on my application if things would be different. Tough luck.

For most companies what would be a major violation for saying someone like me I have following too closely and a improper backing

I went online to look up violation list for Utah. The list has all the violations, whether it has points and length of time it stays on mvr. The violation code for operating without required equipment is E01. It shows no points and no amount of time on mvr. My violation should not be on my mvr. I've reached out to tenstreet. I hope they will review this matter in a timely manner and explain why it's on my mvr.

Dragon that's totally different, your stuff is moving violation with points. Improper backing I can only assume it's from your employer not a cop. Unless you backed into something and it caused enough damage for a cop to come out and write a report. Operating without require equipment is an infraction. Some states have it as a moving violation some non moving. Utah is non moving. It's the same as turn signal not working, headlight out...etc.
