Clean harbors also leases dumps and rolloffs, trailers, tractors etc. They haul dirty dirt, contaminated with fuels and or chemicals, used to go from notheast to niagra falls,ny, and huntsville al, canton oh to hazmat dump places, used to pay upwards of 50.00 a ton to the truck. One of my friends hauled for them for years, not sure what clean harbors is doing now,yes they power clean giant tanks of all kinds and vac hazmats materials, but they do lease private dumps to haul it away.

Clean Harbors Haz Mat Carriers, Has anybody heard news of this outfit lately?
-
Recently I talked to a Clean Harbors driver out of the Kimball NE office. He absolutely loved his job. Said they didn't screw with him at all, just gave him his route orders and as long as he got it done he didn't hear from the office. Pay was good, and he was home every night for 10 and weekends.

they also run flatbed loads and they will have you to load your own truck, if you are expecting annual or semi-annual raises that will be the down fall, pay normally starts about 16.00 an hr and they're suppose to give you 50 cent increases every 6 months until you top out # 18.50, you get hours but you do work for it, the benefits are not the best, the 401 k is the worst ever, also they expect you to haul 55 galllon drums on a flatbed trailer, if you are looking to make money you can, but you will work for it.
