Cleaning up pinned threads.

It's been well over two years since the ELD section was created. Should we not think about removing the pinned threads announcing that section? Clean up the forums a bit and all.

The three sections that have the announcement are:
Experienced Truckers' Advice
Ask An Owner Operator
Trucking Industry Regulations

 

Well yes, keep the forum of course. Do we really need two year old pinned topics to announce it though?
I thought one of the major rules was pinned topics only when needed so as to not clutter up the section with pinned topics. The announcements were good when the ELD section was created, but everyone that uses the site now knows it's there and not just one of the sections they ignore, and new members will see it in the list of sections.
