I mean this sincerely...go get your vision tested by a very good optometrist.
Sound like maybe you can see okay straight ahead but have limited perrifable vision and should not be driving.

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

Honestly if you're still having multiple minor preventable accidents after 30+ plus years of experience, maybe it's time to hang it up and be a greeter.

walmart is doing away with greeters.

on the flip side, hamburger flippers are still embedded deeply in the deep fryers.

I may have read it wrong, but the subject of this thread isn't about me, the bottom line is you can't drive.

OP posted today...and is a new driver ...not 30 years experience.
But hitting stuff like it is not even there is a sign of bad peripheral vision.
Some people can see 20/20 straight ahead but have extremely limited peripheral vision.
I have a friend who is that way, she gave up her license to even drive a car...she kept hitting stuff so had a good optometrist examin her, she has about 20% of the side to side vision of a normal person.

You know jay, you mentioned that these were minor but try paying for them and see why a preventable was created and put on your record.

    Friend and Jay219 Thank this.

Understandable...may just have to suck it up and work for a less than reputable company and try to make the best of a terrible career start. Now I’m just at a point of which company is better of the few choices I’ll have next week when I start contacting recruiters and disclosing all accident information.
