What about when they hired you? No drug test? Everybody drug tests new employees. Their couldn't get insurance otherwise.

 

I’ve never had insurance ask for drug test evidence.

There’s lots of companies with DOT numbers that aren’t traditional trucking companies, and many (most?) don’t have a clue about the regulations.

 

Do you have general business liability insurance? Every job I've had since the 80's has had me go pee in a cup as a part of the application process.

 

But are you still taking oxycodone? This entire thread is moot if you are.

 

Means absolutely nothing at this point. OP is prohibited from driving and his license is most likely already downgraded.

Anyone buying the “I didn’t know” mantra needs a psyc exam.

If he has been leaving the meds off his dot med long form it’s because he knows dam n well what end is up.
