You just go to the website and conduct a query on yourself. It does it right away and then you forget about it for a year. Not sure what emails you are talking about. Did you register your account as o/o?
Clearinghouse query notification, how does yours notify you?

I got this sorted out yesterday. When I did this the first time I wasn't told or shown, or couldn't figure out how to register as employer and driver. I had to use my wife and her email to be my administrator. What this did is cause multiple emails that didn't jive with the Clearinghouse/FMCSA website. I had to clean all that up.
For anybody still reading I was told something pretty interesting and stupid by FMCSA yesterday. If you don't log on for a year they tag your account as inactive and you have to reregister. Pretty stupid. As an O/O I rarely log on. The lady said I would pretty much have to reregister for portal access every year at this rate.Siinman, Big Road Skateboard, Rideandrepair and 1 other person Thank this. -

The lady I talked to was super helpful and she was just as frustrated with all the reregistering/inactive problems as I was. Sounded to me like that's what she fixes all day every day now.
And I'm about sick of coming up with New passwords. FMCSA isn't the only one by any stretch but all of this minimum 25 character BS using every F'n character on the keyboard and not being able to reuse any combination of the last 5 passwords or whater. It's madness.Siinman Thanks this. -
