I noticed it works better with google chrome. It doesn’t work for me using Safari. But they had to manually send a request to the driver to give consent. So, even though the system wasn’t fixed yet, they were able to move me along in the whole process. I was able to pull out a query. So, keep emailing them. They will respond and help you.
