Here, have some suspension system carnage. This is what happens when the truck's previous owner NEVER replaces the factory parts when they wear out. These leaf spring wear pads and this airbag have ~1M miles on them

Nasty ### air bag. Probably leaks enough that my hearing aid could pick up the air hissing.

    terrible.

Surprisingly, I caught it right before it started leaking. My 2 remaining air leaks that I'm tracking are from the air manifold and the cab leveling valve, both of which I'm just waiting on parts for.

Next major item to tackle is rip up the flooring and insulation, and reinforce that portion of the body with some half inch steel plate that I ordered specifically for the occasion. There's no holes yet, but given the amount of rust I removed while I was under the truck after bleeding the clutch, I'd rather be safe rather than sorry and shore it up in case I ####ed up my math and there's less material left than expected

No boom here, just a auto shift 18 taking a dump and leaving driver on the side of the road several times including one tow back to the yard.

The Auto shift also makes the truck rock back and forth driving forward as it searched for gears while driver is just holding the throttle in one position. A lot of seat slapping against the cab wall.

The boss had enough from drivers complaining, the truck is being converted to manual 18.

Had an almost boom early last week.

I changed out the tie rods on my pickup and had alignment done about 2 months ago. I was driving down the highway and noticed my steering wheel was no longer centered. Took a look under my truck and found the jam nuts on both tie rods were backed off and the tie rods starting to unthread. Took a couple pictures and locked them back down. Called the tire shop, they're going to redo the work at least.
