Congrats on driver of the year!

 

Lol we've went well past no shave November I'd say.

 

Thank you all so much, I have no exact clue on the formula actually. I think dispatch and safety determine the recipient. Robert told me it was more than just miles ran. It's communication, paperwork sent in on time, safety has input, and now that we've gone to Motive, they are also including a driver's safety rating, which Scott is over here cleaning up a lot of bad habits on the road. That camera is catching every infraction, and admittedly it's been an adjustment, but nothing unbearable though. They were appreciative of me, but I appreciate them just as much.

Congrats, sir! No need to check your pulse — class act, always get the job done without complaint, and helping bring aboard drivers that are a good fit by giving honest info about Climate and not just referral hunting. Well deserved driver of the year

 

Oh my bad, Scott replaced Rob as the safety manager. I forgot to mention that. He's a cool guy, but he don't mess around.

 

Thank you kind sir, I truly appreciate your words. It is better to get drivers that fit. I think you find good fits, they last longer, which helps the company do better, which ultimate benefits everyone...there is the real bonus right there.

Anybody caught in the ice storm in the midwest? I'm in Ohio, just north of Columbus now, headed to Jersey, and it's been a rather difficult run. PA is going to be shut down to trucks later tonight if it isn't already.
