When you say you have one of those new trucks, do you mean one of the freightliner's?

What's shaking? I'm in New Mexico. Gonna pick up at Carlsbad Monday morning and deliver up just north of Wichita, Ks. Hoping to deliver on Tuesday. Plan on reloading and heading home for a few days.

Ahhh man, i just got back to STL last night to deliver some sugar. I had a pretty good week last week as well, I was thinking of going home but I think I'll strike while the iron is hot. You've completely adjusted to life down south?

That's pretty cool! I wouldn't know what to think about these new freightliner trucks. I've not been in one since 2009 an that was a single axle day cab, which I ran line haul in.

Oh I'm a getting there slowly but surely. Now if I could just only run around in the southwest an say never go north of Interstate 40 I'd say life could become like gravy train. Lol

Hey, sorta got a surprise today! Was loading wheat an a strange phone number popped up on my caller ID. Had to hit the hang up button cuz the incoming call was displaying on my dash blocking my suspension gauge reading. After I got finished up I checked my voicemail. It was Karen from Climate who had called. I haven't called her back. This will make the 3rd time she's called to check on me since I left Climate. Now that's dedication, right there, I tell Ya!! Lol

Well I can't say the idea isn't at least somewhat intriguing. What, with all the changes that you've talked about since I left at any rate. It seems as if would almost be like stepping into the unfamiliar territory of a new job with a new company at this point. It probably wouldn't take long to be all to comfortable an familiar with it though. But for now I'll call her back and let her know that I'm still happy and content right where I'm at. On another note, me an you have talked about me potentially trying my hand at flatbed work again. I can't really get into any specific details, but I might possibly get the opportunity to do some of that type of work here in the future. I'll keep you posted on it.

Yeah? Your boss is expanding into flatbed realm possibly? You've been intrigued by flatbed work for a while now, so that'd be awesome right there.
