    I started in a 23 t680. Only reason I didn’t stay in that truck is no APU. I had to run the truck for my bipap machine every night. If that truck had an apu I’d still be in it. That thing pulled up hills like a champ.

    Fedex freight is the same, cpm pay, fuel pay and drop and hook, plus delay. We have runs that are 350 miles to 656 miles. Some guys here make 150k a year and we are at the next to bottom scale.

    I run a long peddle in the city and am on pace to make 120k+ this year depending on how many Saturdays i work. This is the best job with the best benefits I have ever had,

    Ahhhh man.....life is treating me good brother. That sucks about the AC though. Its been scorching hot. I was just in Houston Friday, and right after those showers, it started cooking. I reloaded there for Atlanta, which got delivered this morning, and now I have the lottery ticket load headed back up to Missouri. My DOT physical was pending so I gotta get back for them to certify me for another year. This new doctor wanted an updated echocardiogram. Everything is good there, man..got the ejection fraction back up to 50 percent, so I'm feeling good about that!

    If I wanted to run extra on Saturday's and run the holidays I could easily get to $170,000. I just don't want to work that hard!

    Lol I'm broke down in Houston. Sitting at the dealership now. Truck needs an AHI module and it's on back order and yes it's hotter than fire everywhere these days. What's good your way?
