Climate Express

They got my truck finished at Freightliner in Texarkana. It had a wiring harness that shorted out near the ECM. In turn it shorted out the ECM as well. It cost 6K for the boss to get it fixed. I guess they had the bill total at 7k but he got them to knock a grand off. That dealer is terrible about up charging for parts. They wanted 4k to fix the trap and replace the tarp on the hopper bottom when I was pulling that for the guy outta Iowa. We got that job done for 2100.00 at Timpte in Princeton Illinois. That's a big difference in cost.

 

It calls for lots of fluids. I sweat like a hog awaiting the skewer rod at a hog roast.

 

Plus 1000% humidity

 

Yea the humidity has been awful. I completely soak a T-shirt by the time I'm done loading and unloading. The wife told me to wear my white cotton t-shirts after I get done working since they're cooler. I normally just put one on to load or unload, that way I don't tear up my nice button up shirts. I've ruined all my white T's in the process though.
